Biography

Jackie Pardini Hartzell is the head of external communications at Ally Financial. She joined the company in January 2022 and is responsible for leading public relations, issues and crisis communications, executive communications and social community management. Prior to joining Ally, Jackie led an award-winning public relations and executive communications function at Lowe’s. During her 12 years with Lowe’s, she also held a wide variety of roles in communications, marketing and customer experience design. 

Jackie earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from Wake Forest University. She lives in the greater Charlotte area with her husband, two little kids and rambunctious rescue dog.
