Biography

A proven marketing and advertising executive with an entrepreneurial approach, Jeff Campbell co-founded aiCommerce in 2020 and is responsible for strategic vision, client services, P&L management, revenue growth, talent development and the overall success of business operations. aiCommerce is a global digital marketing agency with a focus on e-commerce and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Since the early 2000s, Jeff Campbell has been an innovator in the online digital marketing space. With a career of starting companies, opening offices, growing leaders, and developing product & service offerings, Jeff simply “loves to build things”. 

Jeff spent 17 years with Resolution Media, which he co-founded in 2003 and was integral in growing to a $100MM/850+ employee agency, managing over $4B in annual US digital spend (a top 3 partner with Google & Facebook). Jeff’s responsibilities included establishing initial processes, procedures and training programs as Director of Operations before launching offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Charlotte and Dallas. As VP of Product Development & Innovation, Jeff differentiated Resolution’s offering and created ancillary services such as SEO, Social Media, and Online-to-Offline attribution. As Managing Director, Jeff oversaw dozens of cross-office teams and client relationships for Paid Search, Social Media, Programmatic Display, Online Video and SEO – with a focus on strategy development, media integration and attribution for brands like Mercedes, Lowe’s, Apple, Disney, and FedEx. Jeff’s immersion into nearly all aspects of the company contributed to the acquisition by Omnicom.

Jeff is a regular speaker at notable marketing events and contributes to several industry publications – including the creation/instruction of digital marketing curriculum at the University of Chicago and Wake Forest. Jeff sits on various company and non-profit boards, including Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation, Wake Forest’s Digital Marketing Program, and Vous Vitamins. He lives with his family and a stubborn pug in Charlotte, NC.
