Biography

Trevor joined Advocate Health in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of experience as an accomplished human resources executive known for building best-in-class HR functions and leading large-scale teams for impact. Advocate Health is the nation’s fifth largest non-profit health system with 150,000 teammates across six states with nearly $27B in annual revenue and $5B in community benefit.​

In his current role Trevor leads the HR Strategy and Innovation functions and serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief People and Culture Officer—responsible for ensuring the enterprise alignment and delivery of the organization’s people strategy through integration, innovation and process optimization. ​

A certified executive coach, Trevor is also certified in Strategic Workforce Planning, Hogan assessments and emotional intelligence (EQI). His professional expertise has garnered numerous national speaking engagements with a focus on HR transformation, innovating through people, and employee engagement.
