Biography

Zack Luszcz has over 15 years of Financial Services experiences with an emphasis in the retail banking and deposit product management.

Currently, Zack is a Senior Director of Deposit Product Management at Ally Bank, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He manages the new account origination and the onboarding process for Deposit Product portfolio. Zack’s expertise lies in developing marketing, creating meaningful digital experiences, reducing fraud, and ensuring operation proficiency and readiness. He successfully leverages strategic relationships with fintech firms to enhance and optimize the digital-focused Ally experience. Zack believes strongly in creating a strong resource pipeline for his organizations and is very active in mentoring and growing talent internally.

Before joining Ally in 2018, Zack spent nearly 12 years with Bank of America. While at Bank of America, he held numerous roles across various organizations, gaining experience in broader product management, change management, operations, technology, and Six Sigma.

Zack earned his Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University in 2006 and was recognized with the Operations Management Award by the faculty for his academic and leadership skills. A native of Clemson, South Carolina, he completed his undergraduate at Clemson University where he was born and raised.

Outside of the office, Zack is very active in the youth sports community in Charlotte, where he resides with his wife and two children. He is particularly passionate about sports providing a medium to develop “ownership” mindset, create team building, and overcome adversity. Zack also enjoys the outdoors, particularly the mountains where he camps, hikes, and spends time with his family.
