Amy Wallis, Ph.D.

Dr. Wallis is an organizational development leader with experience in organizational strategy, talent and leadership development, and succession planning. She has worked in various international corporate environments focusing on performance management, change management, succession planning, and executive development. Past roles include chief human resources officer for a company in the electrical industry, director of workplace learning and development at American University, organizational learning consultant with Development Dimensions International, and talent and performance management lead at Welch Allyn, a medical device manufacturer. She has consulted with organizations in many industries, including travel, high tech, pharmaceutical, professional services, banking, and the non-profit sector. She also served as a Full Teaching Professor on the Wake Forest University faculty for 14 years.
