Davidson is an accomplished educational leader with a wealth of experience and a commitment to academic excellence. His leadership at Gaston Day School reflects his dedication to providing students with a transformative educational experience.
Davidson holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Stetson University, a master’s in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and a master’s in Education from Columbia University. His unique blend of business acumen and educational expertise allows him to approach educational leadership with a strategic and innovative mindset.
With a decade of experience at Gaston Day School, Davidson has held various key roles including Director of Admission, Associate Head of School, and as the Head of School. He recognizes the importance of building strong ties with the community and believes in a collaborative approach to education.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Davidson finds immense joy and support in his family life. He is married to Caroline, an educator focused on early elementary education, and together they have three children. Their shared passion for education and commitment to lifelong learning creates a nurturing and inspiring environment not only within their own family but also within the school community they serve.
Davidson enjoys spending time outdoors. In the community, Davidson is involved in the Rotary Club, Gaston Community Foundation, First Presbyterian Church of Gastonia, and with the Montreat Conference Center.
