Biography

Dr. Mountasser Kadrie is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in the areas of healthcare administration, leadership, strategic planning, and corporate transformation. His experience spans over three decades of diverse work as an interdisciplinary senior executive, scholar, and subject matter expert at world renowned integrated health systems, research-academic medicine, and higher education institutions. He has a strong commitment to fostering sustainable and high reliability coroporate model.

Mountasser dynamic and interactive style have uniquely enabled him to personally and intimately relate to a wide range of individuals from line workers to C-level executives. He designed, managed, and implemented multiple strategic programs for leading domestic and international organizations. He is thrilled to be directly contributing to the improvement of education, health care, and well-being of global citizens through his daily work with many organizations and stakeholders.

 Dr. Kadrie’s research and teaching interests include US healthcare system innovation and integration, and high-reliability organizations. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS).
