Biography

 

Nicholette serves as a Learning Community Superintendent for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Academic Officer for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools in North Carolina for three years. Other educational leadership positions include serving as the Executive Director of Choice Schools & Programs for Guilford County Schools and several leadership positions in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools such as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Executive Director of the Northeast Learning Community, Principal of Collinswood Language Academy, Assistant Principal of Collinswood Language Academy, Instructional Facilitator of Crown Point Elementary School and classroom teacher.
