Dr. Nicolette Grant

Dr. Nicolette Grant is the CEO and President of Inspire Excellence. She is also an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership Department at UNC-Charlotte. Dr. Grant previously served as the Learning Community Superintendent for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as well as the Chief Academic Officer for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. Other educational leadership positions include serving as the Executive Director of Choice Schools & Programs for Guilford County Schools and several leadership positions in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools such as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Executive Director of the Northeast Learning Community, Principal of Collinswood Language Academy, an Instructional Facilitator and classroom teacher.
