Sushil (“Sid”) Vyas is a senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within global, highly regulated industries. He has a proven track record of aligning technology strategy with business priorities to drive growth, strengthen operational resilience, and enhance risk management.

Sid has led global organizations of more than 1,000 professionals and managed multi-hundred-million-dollar technology budgets, with oversight across application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise platforms. His experience spans complex, multinational environments requiring strong governance, regulatory alignment, and disciplined execution.

He brings deep expertise in enterprise risk oversight, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and large-scale program governance. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior executive teams and boards, providing regular updates on strategic initiatives, regulatory matters, and technology risk posture.
