Todd Glenham
Enterprise Data & AI Governance Principal
Company/Organization: Duke Energy
Todd Glenham is an enterprise data and AI governance leader at Duke Energy, where he helps shape governance strategy for data and AI across a complex, regulated organization. His role bridges executive and corporate strategy with practical implementation through operating models, decision rights, processes, and day-to-day execution.
Todd brings a cross-functional perspective shaped by work across business, technology, governance, and risk disciplines. He has helped establish and evolve foundational enterprise data governance capabilities and is extending those foundations to address the opportunities and challenges presented by AI. His current work focuses on advancing integrated data and AI governance, establishing scalable approaches for responsible adoption, and embedding governance and risk considerations into how emerging capabilities are evaluated, implemented, and managed across the enterprise.
With 25 years of experience, Todd has worked across enterprise data governance, evolving governance models for AI, data and technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and organizational transformation. He is particularly interested in the intersection of strategy and execution—how organizations translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into sustainable operating models, clear accountability, responsible decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
Through his work with Wake Forest University’s AI Strategy & Innovation program, Todd brings an enterprise practitioner’s perspective on translating AI strategy into sustainable organizational capability. He looks forward to contributing to the program’s continued evolution, engaging with faculty and students, and helping connect emerging AI concepts with the practical realities of responsible adoption, governance, and implementation in complex organizations.
