Webinar Description
AI-generated voices and video can now convincingly impersonate executives, vendors, and partners, authorizing payments and requesting sensitive data. The most sophisticated attacks no longer target systems; they target people, and executives are the highest-value targets. This session, led by Brandon Sloane, academic director of the Master of Cybersecurity, covers what leaders, not just security teams, need to understand about AI-driven threats and how to build a verification culture that holds up when seeing is no longer believing.
About the Tech Insights Series
Executive Tech Insights is a free monthly webinar series from Wake Forest Executive Education and the School of Professional Studies, built around a central theme: how emerging technology is reshaping the way leaders work. Each one-hour session is led by the academic director of one of SPS’s technology-focused master’s degrees, who delivers a condensed executive education workshop on a topic from their field. Sessions also include a brief look at Wake Forest Executive Education’s offerings and the featured master’s degree program, giving attendees a practical introduction to both. Attendees can join any or all sessions based on what’s most relevant to their role and interests.
