Webinar Description

The question for project leaders is no longer whether to use AI, but which work to hand off and which to keep. But, AI doesn’t remove bias from project work. It relocates it, into the data, the prompts, and our instinct to trust a confident answer. This session starts with an overview of how AI actually works for AI-augmented project leaders. The presentation will then explore some of the latest research on the bias blind spots inherent to each of us. The presentation will then explore those biases, where they hide and what leaders should remember to mitigate the effects of their own personal bias.

About the Tech Insights Series

Executive Tech Insights is a free monthly webinar series from Wake Forest Executive Education and the School of Professional Studies, built around a central theme: how emerging technology is reshaping the way leaders work. Each one-hour session is led by the academic director of one of SPS’s technology-focused master’s degrees, who delivers a condensed executive education workshop on a topic from their field. Sessions also include a brief look at Wake Forest Executive Education’s offerings and the featured master’s degree program, giving attendees a practical introduction to both. Attendees can join any or all sessions based on what’s most relevant to their role and interests.
