This makes it imperative leaders understand and possess the skills to effectively lead change. Furthermore, it is also important that leaders know how to shape a learning culture to facilitate continuous adaptation and improvement. Leaders who can effectively lead change gain a competitive advantage for their teams and organizations. This 1-day program will provide the participant with the knowledge and tools to effectively plan and lead change and to shape a learning culture in their organization. Participants are encouraged to bring information (or challenge) regarding an on-going or future change effort in their teams or organizations. Participants can immediately apply the tools from this workshop to enhance change management efforts. Certificate in Leadership Leading Effective Change is one of six open enrollment leadership programs. Programs are presented on a rotating basis throughout the year with completion of four programs resulting in a Certificate in Leadership from Wake Forest Executive Education and the School of Business’ Allegacy Center for Leadership and Character. Interested participants are able to register for this program individually or combine it with 3 other programs in the series to earn the certificate. Register Now Key Learnings Current and emerging leaders will receive practical, insightful guidance and actionable tools on how to lead effective change from visualization of change, determining the type of change required, learning various change models, forecasting the impacts of change, anticipating and managing people’s normal psychological reactions to change while shaping a culture that values learning and improvement to facilitate change. Who Should Attend? This program is designed for both new and experienced leaders wishing to enhance their ability to lead effective change within their organization. Electronic materials can be provided upon request. Refund and Cancellation Policies Program Cancellation This course is offered contingent upon sufficient enrollment. If a course must be cancelled, all registered participants will be notified at least five (5) calendar days before the course’s start date. All registered participants will receive a 100% tuition refund. No fees will be charged for cancelled courses. Individual Cancellation – Refund Policy Prospective participants who withdraw at least 10 days prior to the start of a course will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
