5 New Online Programs Starting in Fall 2023 at Wake Forest SPS

Spring is here, and so is the energy of this season – seeking new adventures, getting outside more, exploring what we’ve missed as we hibernated through winter.

We’re excited to share five brand new Wake Forest SPS programs starting at the end of August with plenty of time left to apply.

MASTERS OF HEALTH ADMINISTRATION 

What to Know: The projected growth rate for healthcare administration is 32% from 2020 to 2030. As one of the fastest changing sectors in the world, healthcare leaders are constantly needing to develop the action-oriented skills to adapt. Experienced faculty and industry experts lead the Masters of Health Administration program and develop courses with a real-world lens. Through our partnership with Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Atrium Health, the 5th largest health system in the country, you will expand your professional network and open up new avenues of opportunity.

Why we’re excited about it: The program uses Health Equity as a leadership focus. This allows you to be a transformative leader in your organization by developing a deep understanding of the social determinants of health for the populations you serve. This includes critical issues such as health disparity, structural racism, and biases that impact healthcare and health delivery.

MASTERS OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP 

What to Know: The Masters of Educational Leadership equips teachers with the skills and competencies to become a reflective leader in today’s schools. As classrooms become increasingly diverse, school administrators need evidence-based knowledge and professional skills to be culturally competent and create an inclusive learning environment across various family and school demographics. To show support for local schools, current North Carolina teachers receive an automatic $5,000 scholarship (a nearly 15% tuition discount) when they enroll in the program. 

Why we’re excited about it: In the program, you are able to engage with experienced, accomplished North and South Carolina school and district leaders through the Wake SPS Program Advisory Board. Board members are able to share their experiences and insight in developing inclusive school environments.

CERTIFICATE IN DIGITAL MARKETING & ANALYTICS
